More than 45,00 Minnesotans have tested positive for COVID-19 and 1,533 have died, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
The figures reported Friday include 669 new cases and seven deaths.
Approximately 819,511 tests have been completed. As of 4 p.m. Thursday, 252 Minnesotans were hospitalized with COVID-19, 110 of them in intensive care units.
Of the 45,013 people who have tested positive, 38,568 no longer need to be isolated.
