More than 39,500 Minnesotans have tested positive for COVID-19 and 1,485 have died, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
The figures reported Wednesday include 463 new cases and eight deaths.
Approximately 692,970 tests have been completed, an increase of 7,636 from the day before. As of 4 p.m. Tuesday, 265 Minnesotans were hospitalized with COVID-19, 122 of them in intensive care units.
Of the 39,589 people who have tested positive, 34,902 no longer need to be isolated.
