Devin Hogan is a queer nonbinary outdoor sports enthusiast who is also vice president of the Lyndale Neighborhood Association. He is an Eagle Scout that has lived and worked in the private, public and nonprofit sectors in three different states and on three continents. Devin co-founded and manages a cooperative Market Garden on Nicollet Avenue and serves as parliamentarian of his union local. He has a Master’s degree in international development practice from the Humphrey School and owns a single family home in South Minneapolis.
