Minnesota reports 426 new COVID-19 cases and 4 deaths

More than 36,700 Minnesotans have tested positive for COVID-19 and 1,445 have died, according to the Minnesota Department of Health.

The figures reported Tuesday include 426 new cases and four deaths.

Approximately 617,107 tests have been completed, an increase of 11,791 from the day before. As of 4 p.m. Tuesday, 260 Minnesotans were hospitalized with COVID-19, 125 of them in intensive care units.

Of the 36,716 people who have tested positive, 31,947 no longer need to be isolated.
